Sign up for a Knowledge Center account to get support articles, answers, and your ticket history in one place.
Who this is for: Community managers, management company staff, and board members using Enumerate Central or Enumerate Engage.
What you get when you sign in
Most of the Knowledge Center is available only after you sign in. When you sign in, you can:
- Read our support articles, release notes, and webinars.
- Ask our help assistant a question and get suggested articles.
- See an AI-generated answer at the top of your search results.
- Search your support ticket history.
- Leave feedback on our articles.
Before you begin
Important: Your Knowledge Center account is separate from your Enumerate Central sign-in.
If you've submitted a support ticket before, you already have an account. Use Get a Password in step 3 instead of Sign Up.
Sign up for an account
- Go to the Knowledge Center at support.goenumerate.com.
- Select Sign in.
- Choose one:
- If you've never submitted a support ticket, select Sign Up.

- Return to the Knowledge Center and select Sign in.
- Enter your email address and password.
Note: Sign in with the same email address you use to submit tickets so all your tickets appear in one place.
