Helpful Accounting Guides:

• Fiscal Year Setup – Required to post transactions. A Year End Suspense Account must be configured.

• Update Current Period – Ensures your accounting data displays correctly. The prior fiscal year does not need to be closed.

• Budgets & Charges – Helps ensure budgets and charges are accurate for the new year.
  Edit Charge Amount | Copy Budget | Import/Export
• Close Prior Fiscal Year – Once all entries are finalized, the fiscal year can be closed. Closed years can be reopened if adjustments are needed.
