Event Driven Email Notifications

Keeping homeowners informed is a critical piece of community Operations and Enumerate Central makes this easier than ever!
Enumerate Central supports automated Email messaging to homeowners for important notifications, such as charges being applied, payments being received, status changes, and public comments.
Important Note!
- Automated Emails will only be sent to Primary Owners with Email set up
- Owners with multiple email address will receive the same notification when additional emails have the ‘Send Emails Copies’ setting turned on.
Step By Step
To get started, simply go to the Portfolio /Communities and Select the desired community.
On the Community Profile page, go to Related Links on the bottom right of the screen and select Manage Notifications.
Select the toggle button to enable email messaging for the specific event.
Enumerate Central supports automated Emails notifications to homeowners for these events:
- AR charges are applied
- AR payments are received or posted
- A request has been received
- When a request's status changes
- When a request is commented on (public comment)
- Work order has been received
- Work order status has changed
- Work order has a new public comment
You can also set a second email as a reminder to automatically send between 5 to 15 days after the initial email for when AR Charges Are Posted.
You may preview the email message by choosing the "Preview Email” button to the right of the screen for the selected.
Once the Notification settings are configured simply choose "Save" in the top right corner!
