Identify Owner's Whose Payment Method Was Changed or Edited
Description
When editing a payment method or autopay enrollment, the changes made are now displayed in the activity feed with the owner's name whose payment method was changed or edited. The owner's name in the feed is hyperlinked to the respective owner's profile page, providing quick access to additional information if needed.
Step By Step Guide
- To change the payment method for an owner, go to Portfolio > Owners and select the owner you want to make changes for.
- In the Owner detail page, navigate to Payment method section and make a change, for example: Deleting an expired credit card.
- Navigate to Activity Feed and look for entries where payment methods or autopay enrollments have been edited.
- Information included in this activity are:
- Owner’s name (hyperlinked- which will take you directly to the owner’s profile page for additional details.)
- Date of the update
- User who made the update (hyperlinked- which will take you directly to the owner’s profile page for additional details.)
- Action taken (delete/disable/add/update)
- For comprehensive reporting, the community activity report has been updated so that you can have a clear overview of actions taken, including specific owners involved.
