Transfer Attachments from Service Request to Work Order
Description
This article explains how attachments from a Service Request (SR) are automatically transferred to a Work Order (WO) when the SR is converted to a WO. This feature ensures that all relevant information and documents are available in the Work Order without the need to manually transfer each attachment.
Step By Step Guide
1. Navigate to Requests and select, “Service Tickets”
2. Select and open the Service Request you wish to work with.
3. Within the open Service Request, add the necessary attachments, such as images or documents. Ensure that the attachments are correctly uploaded and visible in the Service Request.
4. To convert to Work Order, go to “Actions” and click “Create Work Order”
5. Check for your attachments and comments and save you Work Order.
