Mailing - Generating Labels for Multiple Communities

Users now have the ability to choose to mark all labels as Resident when printing mailing labels.
Step By Step Guide
The page to generate mailing labels for multiple communities can be reached in 3 ways.

- By selecting Mailing Labels from the actions menu on a community home page.
- By selecting mailing labels from the Related Links on the community home page.
- Or by selecting mailing labels from the Related Links on the admin page.
Clicking Mailing Labels takes the user to the Mailing Labels page.
This page now includes a toggle allowing the user to choose if the mailing labels should be marked with Resident as the recipient instead of individual owner names. This toggle cannot be utilized when the consolidate group owners toggle is turned on and cannot be utilized when the Include additional owners toggle is on. This toggle includes a tool tip indicating that this will change all recipient names to be Resident on the mailing labels being created. The default for this toggle is off. This toggle is only for owner information and is not included for Vendor mailing labels.
Turning this toggle on will change all owner names to Resident as the recipient associated with a property. These changes will be included in both the PDF export and the .xlxs export to be used when printing the labels.
