Bank Reconciliation Report included in Report Packages & Workflows
Description
This update provides a more streamlined way to include the Bank Reconciliation report as part of a Report Package and a workflow automation template.
Step By Step - Packages
1)
Reports > Packages> Add Report Package
Users can now include multiple accounts when running the Bank Recon report as part of a report package. Navigate to the Packages page and select +ADD.
2)
Enter a Name for the new package and select the package parameters. From the Available Reports list, select Bank Reconciliation, and add this to the included reports.

By selecting the gear icon on the Bank Reconciliation line item, users can select specific parameters to be applied and choose the accounts to be included. This is a multi-select field allowing users to run a single bank reconciliation for all accounts. To select more than one account, hold down the shift key on your keyboard and select the items to be included.
4)
This workflow can now be, scheduled to run or saved to be used when setting up a report package for other communities. This can be sent to multiple recipients via email.
Step By Step - Workflows
1)
Users now have the ability to include multiple accounts when running the Bank Recon report as part of workflow automation. Navigate to the workflow automation page and select +New Workflow.
2)
Enter a Name for the new workflow and select the workflow parameters. From the Job Types drop down, select Report Job and add this to the workflow.
3)
By selecting the gear icon on the Report Job line item, users can select specific parameters to be applied and chose the report to be included.
4)
Select Bank Reconciliation. The system now includes all bank accounts for a community. This is a multi select field allowing users to run a single bank reconciliation for all accounts. To select more than one account, hold down the shift key on the keyboard and click you mouse on the items to be included.
5)
This workflow can now be saved as a template to be used when setting up automation for other communities or scheduled to run on a specific date. This can be sent to multiple recipients via email and created in PDF, excel, or word formatting.
