Description
You have the ability to send statements and mailing labels to multiple addresses.
NOTE:
This might impact the cost when sending statements or letters to be mailed by SouthData/Everview as it is increasing the quantity when adding additional owner/addresses.
Step By Step
1)To activate sending mailing labels and statements for each address:
Using the left navigational menu expand the Portfolio section > Select Owners > Choose the Owner then select Edit Owner from the top right actions menu.
2) The toggle is visible above the address section for primary addresses. While visible, it is disabled by default. Every time an address is switched to primary, the toggle automatically switches on.
3) When an address is no longer the Primary Mailing Address, the toggle is available to be turned on but is defaulted to off.
4) You can choose to send statements and mailing labels to any address by activating this toggle even if the address is not primary.
