Notification for Owner Comments on CCR Violations in Engage
Description
This Feature allows a Central user to choose to receive a daily summary of homeowner comments/updates made to a CCR ticket in Engage.
Step By Step
1) Select the settings gear icon in the upper right-hand corner when logged into Central.
2) Toggle on the 'CCR updates' setting and click Save
3) The Central user will now receive a daily email summarizing any homeowner comments that have been
added to CCRs.
