Enumerate Payments - AR Dashboard - Payment History Transaction Log

Description 

The Payment History feature enables users to view details of their payment transactions.

Note: Enumerate Payments must be set up prior to viewing transaction history.

 

Step By Step Guide

  • Click Accounts Receivable then AR Enumerate Payments

  • Click Actions on the top right of the screen and select View Transactions from the drop-down menu. 


  • Central will gather transaction records and populate them in a Transactions Log. You can also choose to filter the data by specific Communities, Properties, Owners, and dates.

See only the records you need by applying a filter.

  • Click the filter icon and Type the name of the Community, Property, or Owner in the first search box, and select go to generate a search.
  • Select the choice and a time period from the Date Range drop-down menu.
  • When ready, select Apply, and the transaction records will appear below.
  • To start your search over be sure to select Clear Filters
